Experience
Liberty Coating Company’s technical expertise is the secret behind our customers’ satisfaction. Such technical expertise is a function of a leadership team whose combined experience totals to over 100 years of knowledge. Such knowledge is comprised in both coating applications and the industries which we serve. Our production staff works in tandem with the leadership team to implement best practices for coatings applications. All team members of every level and department keep apprised of the latest developments in both coating applications and the industries we serve.
Product Familiarity
Product familiarity: Liberty controls the patent for PRITEC and specializes in the application of this widely known coating for exterior application (OD) applications. But Liberty also performs a large percentage of its business in interior (ID) applications. The dimensions of the pipe accepted by Liberty rang up to 64″ in diameter and length up to 80’

Structures
Carbon Steel
Carbon steel pipe is the most commonly and widely used in the gas project field. But also steel pipes are used in tap water, chemical, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, and electricity industries, Its main advantages are: high strength, good toughness, bearing stress, impact resistance and rigor, good plasticity, ease of welding and thermal processing, thin wall thickness, to save metal. But its poor corrosion resistance, need to have proper anti-corrosion measures. One of the best corrosion protection coatings is Liberty Coating Company’s proprietary product PRITEC.
Stainless Steel
Stainless steel is a versatile material comprised of a steel alloy and a small percentage of chromium — the addition of chromium adds to the material’s corrosion resistance, a trait that earned stainless steel its name. Stainless steel is a low-maintenance, oxidation resistant, and doesn’t affect other metals with which it comes in contact. The main focus for stainless steel pipe is internal lining. Liberty Coating provides internal lining applications of: Protecto 401, Carboguard 891, Endocor 745, Pipe Liner SG, and Mill Lacquer.
Ductile Iron
Ductile iron pipe is commonly used for potable water transmission and distribution. Life expectancy of unprotected ductile iron pipes depends on the corrosiveness of soil present and tends to be shorter where soil is highly corrosive. However, a lifespan in excess of 100 years has been estimated for ductile iron pipelines installed using the external coatings provided by Liberty Coating Company. Ductile iron pipe is somewhat resistant to internal corrosion in potable water and less aggressive forms of sewage. However, even where pipe material loss and consequently pipe wall reduction is slow, the deposition of corrosion products on the internal pipe wall can reduce the effective internal diameter. A variety of linings are available from Liberty Coating Company which reduce or eliminate corrosion and improve flow throughput.
